Decorating of the Christmas Tree

Typically we get our Christmas Tree about two weeks before Christmas Day. This year Neil and Teegan went out and Teegan picked our Christmas Tree. It was perfect!! Neil hung the lights and then mom distributed (kids proof) ornaments while the kids hung them on the tree. All of us threw tinsel on the tree. The kids would take the tinsel out of the box and put the entire package in one spot on the tree. Neil and Teegan then put on the star at the top of the tree.

Teegan's Holiday Program

On December 11th, Teegan's Kindergarten class put on a Holiday Program for friends and family. Teegan invited all of his grandma's and grandpa's. His class sang two songs (Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and Jingle Bells) and also recited a cute poem called Chubby Snowman. Teegan practiced daily at home about a week before the show. He was super excited and did a great job.

Jaida also knows Chubby Snowman (from all of Teegan's practicing) and she would lay in her crib at night singing the poem over and over for Ryton. Super Cute!!
