Teegan scores....

After Teegan played soccer in the Fall we knew we wanted to get him on an outdoor team this Spring. We were on a waiting list for a Soccer Club called "United Impact". Prior to the season starting Neil received an email that said they have enough players on the waiting list to start up another team, but they need a coach. I was all excited because I have always wanted Neil to coach our kids. Neil was not game and it took a lot of convincing. Finally, we agreed and Neil is now coaching Teegan's soccer team. It is so cute to hear Teegan call him Coach Neil out on the field.

Teegan got his first outdoor goal during his second game. Mom missed it because it was a 9:00 AM game, which was way to early for the babies. Last week Teegan had two assists (one of those could have been and should have been his goal). We are so proud of him and he is having a blast. What an all-star!

Keep it up Coach Neil.

Neil asked for team name suggestions and one of the little girls wanted to name the team "Coach Neil". Neil wasn't liking it, and after throwing out some suggestions, half of the team wanted to be called "The Dinosaurs" and the other half wanted to be called "The Monsters". Needless to say, they are "The Dinosaur-Monsters". Try cheering for that name!
